Q1 Celebration A Honor Roll

Eighteen MWHS students who exhibited outstanding effort, citizenship, and academic achievement for the first quarter of the 2011-2012 school year were honored at the quarterly Distinguished Student Breakfasts at the high school Dec. 8 and 9. Westonka Senior Shawna Heilman--
Shares South African Year Abroad Experience

GMS Flash Mob

Westonka senior Shawna Heilman decided to move to Africa, Kenya to be exact, when she was just a middle-school aged student. During her freshman year at MWHS, she listened to some speakers from Africa and cried - deciding right then, that was where she wanted to go.
