2009|2010 SEASON OF GIVING
|
|
SAN JOSE, CA - The
Choral Project is pleased to announce its 2009-2010 Season of Giving, which includes a Gala Preview Concert,
a three-program subscription series, plus additional appearances at Chateau Julien's Holiday
Spectacular in Carmel
Valley, and ACDA's Western Division Conference in Tucson, AZ.
As part of its 14th Anniversary Season, The Choral Project looks toward this time of
economic uncertainty as an opportunity to extend its commitment to healing our
world through song by collaborating with charitable organizations that give so
much to those in need -- organizations such as Amnesty International,
Hope Services, The Arc, and others. A portion of each concert's proceeds will
be donated by The Choral Project in order to help those giving hope to our
communities.
"For the first time, we
are offering our audiences an opportunity to experience a sampling of
what the season has in store," explains Artistic Director Daniel Hughes. "This season promises to be better than
ever! New talent, new repertoire, and new musical collaborations all
add up to a series of exciting offerings."
Join us in our "Season of Giving," as we share our gift
of song with you, and share our blessings with others. Together we can make a
difference. Together we can create a beautiful world, one concert at a time.
