Congratulations New Members & Welcome to Woman's Life SWFL! If you are not yet a member, you are receiving this email because another great woman thought you might be interested in joining this wonderfully inspiring group of women.
If you are asking yourself - Who is Woman's Life SWFL? - Please Read On!
We are a local chapter of a nationwide organization dedicated to brining women together and give back to the community. We are a motivated group of positive women joining forces for a common purpose: to enjoy each others company, inspire each other into greatness and to make a difference in the lives of others. This group provides the perfect venue for you to meet other women that like you are interested in giving back to the community and making a positive impact in the lives of those less fortunate.
Our main goal is to organize, promote and hold fundraising events throughout the year that will help raise money to support local non-profit organizations. All of the funds raised will be match (doubled) by the Women's Life National Organization. If you have ever had the desire to pay it forward or if you feel you want to add meaning and purpose to your life - this is the perfect group for you!
We recently had our first meeting at Stoney's Sports Cafe in Estero. The turnout was great and the energy was totally positive! Kim Carlson from All "U" Need Pest Control did a great job of heading the meeting and introducing the group to this wonderful opportunity. We each received a magazine and chapter membership application. Please contact Lilly at (239) 549-9669 for more information on how to join.
If you missed the first meeting - don't worry there is more to come! We will be meeting once a month for lunch, dinner or happy hour. We will try to keep the meetings during the week in order to respect weekend family time and our busy schedules. At each meeting we will decide the time, date and location of the next meeting by majority vote.
Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd at 11:30 am - Monica Garcia's house. She has generously offered to cook an authentic Mexican meal for us to enjoy. Please RSVP to her at mgsdesignz@gmail.com so she knows exactly how many people to cook for. Feel free to bring a positive and motivated woman as your guest if you think she might be interested in joining the group.

| Non-Profit Organizations to Support |
 Woman's Life SWFL is all about "Paying it Forward" and supporting those organizations in the community that are dedicated to helping others. Our goal is to bring inspiration, meaning and purpose into our lives by reaching out to those in our community that are less fortunate than we are. We plan to hold two to three fundraising events a year to raise money that will be donated to a nominated Non-Profit in our area. It is important to mention that any monies that we raise will be doubled by Woman's Life Insurance Society.

The 'Tender Loving Care' Complex, Inc. dba The TLC Christian Children's Home is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit founded to allow children of families with large sibling groups; to remain TOGETHER when the unfortunate situation arises that causes the children to be separated from their parents. We will house children, birth to maturity from across the nation caught in situations of neglect, hard times, and abandonment by one or both of their parents, offering them the opportunity to come to us for the love and nurturing they so greatly need and deserve.
To stop the cycle of abuse through positive empowerment for abused homeless women with children and young ladies aging out of foster care. In a 2 - year faith-based transitional housing program, families will undergo a transformation through supportive services, education opportunities, life skills, art, music and social etiquette classes. Rebuilding the spirit and strength of families for generations to come.

Healthy Start has been serving moms and babies since 1992. Our goals are to:
- Reduce the number infant deaths
- Reduce the number of premature or low birth weight babies
- Improve health and developmental outcomes for young children
Healthy Start helps ensure moms and babies have access to needed medical care and other community services to help give their baby a Healthy Start in life. Each year, Healthy Start served more than 18,000 pregnant women, babies and young children up to the age of three who were at higher risk for poor outcomes.
