SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM)
SAM is a free website which consolidates federal procurement systems and the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance. Currently, the Central Contracting Registration (CCR), FedReg, Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA), and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) have been migrated to SAM.
