September 1: Wisdom, Wine and Cheese (Introduction to the WBDC Services)

A session that helps prospective and established business owners clarify their needs and learn more about WBDC resources.

 

September 14: 25th Entrepreneurial Woman's Conference, Women's Business & Buyers Mart

This year's conference offers women business owners solutions to the current problems they are facing and the opportunity to increase the profitability of their businesses by building relationships with corporate and government buyers, business experts, and other women business owners.

September 20: Are You Ready for a Government Contract?

This workshop focuses on determining if your business is at the right stage to pursue opportunities with government agencies, and how to market your business to them. Learn the steps to identify contract opportunities, including which website to visit to find bid opportunities.

 

September 20: Developing Your Child Care Business

This comprehensive series of 10 workshops will provide you the tools to launch and sustain your business. Participants will follow a step by step process to develop a business and marketing plan, policies and procedures for their child care business, a parent handbook and a sound understanding of business financials. 

 

September 21: Starting a Business in Illinois

Are you considering starting a business In Illinois? Put yourself ahead of the curve by attending this workshop to gain the knowledge you need to assist with a successful launch.
