The Women's Business Development Center (WBDC-Chicago) is proud to announce the 25th Anniversary Entrepreneurial Woman's Conference, Women's Business & Buyers Mart, the oldest conference for women business owners in the nation.  This year's milestone event will be held on September 14, 2011 at Chicago's McCormick Place-West.

 

As one of the forerunners of women's economic development in the country, this is a milestone event for not just the WBDC, but for women's economic development as a whole.  We have many exciting elements in store for you at this year's event; you will be receiving a full-conference brochure in the mail by mid-July.

 

As always, we are offering a Special Discounted Registration of $225.00 to all Certified WBEs, and to your employees.  This is an all-inclusive registration that grants you access to all conference events, including the 25th Anniversary Hall of Fame Awards Luncheon; the Women's Forum Luncheon; the Women's Business and Buyers Mart; the Get Down to Business Networking Reception; and the WBDC's 25th Anniversary Celebration, to be held the evening of September 13th.  To register online, please visit our website at www.WBDC.org (beginning June 1st) and click on "Entrepreneurial Woman's Conference" or call 312-853-3477 ext. 240.

  • Become a WBE Conference Sponsorship!  Please click here for the 25th Anniversary WBE Sponsorship Opportunities Form to see how your company logo can be included amongst some of the nation's top corporations.  The deadline to be listed as a Sponsor in the year's conference brochure is June 1, 2011.

 

  • Exhibit at the Women's Business & Buyers Mart!  Another way to highlight your company is by having a booth at the Women's Business & Buyers Mart, the tradeshow element of the Conferenceand the oldest business opportunities fair for WBEs in the country.  Exhibiting is not for everybody, but it can be an excellent way to market your products/service to the numerous corporate and government buyers in attendance at the Mart.  If you wish to purchase a booth at this year's event, please click here for the WBE Exhibitor Registration Form.  The deadline to be listed as an Exhibitor in this year's conference brochure is June 1, 2011.

 

  • Place an ad in our Special WBE Section of the Program Book! Each year a section of the program book is reserved for WBE ads only.  This book is distributed to all Conference participants, including the corporate and goverment buyers that are present, and is also used year-round in marketing mailings to promote the event.  If you wish to place an ad in this year's Program Book, the deadline for inclusion is July 15, 2011.

 

  • Register to Participate in Contract Connections, formerly known as Corporate Connections, where pre-selected certified WBEs are chosen to meet one-on-one with corporate and government purchasing decision-makers. Registration information for this year's program will be mailed to all WBENC certified WBEs in June; you may also visit our website for this information by June 1, 2011.
