A neighbour's encounter with termites in his home put all houses within 100m on alert to check for, and eliminate any, termites. Rentokil had recently advertised in a Christian Venues Association publication, so I contacted them by phone (in Sydney) and advised them of my membership in CSC Buying Group.
The local agent gave me his "best price discount" for inspections and this was done. Before the treatment work was to be carried out, which required another quote, he advised me that "head office had phoned to say that I was entitled to a much larger discount through CSCBG". As I had already paid for the inspection, they carried out the treatment work "for free".
