What is IIRC Certified?
Things You Want to Know
Did you know that most of our technicians are certified with the premium IICRC? In case you aren't sure what that means, it means we have the best of the best!
The IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification), formed in 1972, was developed to promote high standards within the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry, and maintain excellence in communication and technical proficiency throughout the process. The Institute continually works to enhance product quality and service to the consumer, along with providing fair recommendations for the consumer and industry worker.
Our technicians achieve this IICRC by successfully completing classes and earning continuing education credits to maintain certification. Once certified, our customers can be assured that our technicians are trained in the most up-to-date techniques and procedures in the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry. Many of our technicians have this certification, and all of our Crew Chiefs are certified with both WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and ASD (Applied Structural Drying).

Thermal cameras are a new way ServiceMaster technicians can detect moisture in walls. This infrared thermal imaging allows our disaster restoration experts to assess differences in temperature in any building structure.
This non-invasive technique completely and precisely locates hidden water damage resulting in the most accurate scope of service available.

Involved Around Town
Our Phoenix office sponsored a March of Dimes golf outing last month at the Orangetree Golf Resort in Phoenix. Our Biz Dev guy, Mike Benner, played on a team of four which included Farmers agents, Dennis LaChance, Corey Woodard, and Dan Renyer.
Mike was also able to attend the Cardinals vs. Broncos game Farmer Agent, Laurie Petrarca and her daughter, Lauren. Lori got to see her favorite player Larry Fitzgerald, and Lauren got to see Peyton Manning! Sure looks like everyone had a good time! |
