ServiceMaster in the News
If you were watching the NASCAR Daytona 500 this month, you saw the freak accident that occurred at the end of the race. Juan Pablo Montoya lost control of his No. 42 Target Chevrolet, slid sideways and crashed into a Service Master truck carrying a load of jet fuel. The result was a massive explosion as 200 gallons of fuel burst into flames. While no one was hurt in the accident, the track may have suffered some damage.
Closer to home, some of our ServiceMaster All Care team and about 60 guests enjoyed a beautiful weekend on the Perch,
overlooking the track at the Phoenix International Raceway.
We got to watch Darian Grubb take the victory at the Sprint Cup Race.
It was a great time cheering on our favorite drivers!

Arizona Fun Facts
Is a Tumbleweed a real plant?
Yes, Tumbleweeds are actually the mature form of the Russian thistle, Salsola iberica. They are immigrants from the steppes of Asia. The first seeds arrived in the Dakotas sometime in the 1870s in shipments of wheat or flaxseed from Russia. Eventually, they ended up on the West coast and can now be found in about 19 countries outside Asia. |
