ServiceMaster's International Convention
ServiceMaster's International Convention for 2010 was held in Boston from August 16 through August 20, which combined a great opportunity for franchise owners from around the world to get to know one another and recognize each other for special accomplishments.
Click through the snapshots of this year's event which highlight the fun regional meetings, various vendors and engaging speakers. We had a great time networking with each other and rubbing elbows with our corporate office colleagues.
We are proud to announce that ServiceMaster All Care was nominated along with 8 other businesses for the Farmers Franchisee of the Year, which we won in 2009.

What Makes Us Great
Did you know that most of our technicians are certified with the premium IICRC? In case you aren't sure what that means, it means we have the best of the best!
The IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification), formed in 1972, was developed to promote high standards within the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry, and maintain excellence in communication and technical proficiency throughout the process. The Institute continually works to enhance product quality and service to the consumer, along with providing fair recommendations for the consumer and industry worker.
Our technicians achieve this IICRC by successfully completing classes and earning continuing education credits to maintain certification. Once certified, our customers can be assured that our technicians are trained in the most up-to-date techniques and procedures in the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry. Many of our technicians have this certification, and all of our Crew Chiefs are certified with both WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and ASD (Applied Structural Drying).

Just For Agents
As insurance professionals, you know that when a customer suffers a business disaster it disrupts just about everything. It is your job to help relieve their anxiety and get their lives back to normal as quickly as possible.
Remind your agents and clients of these tips to help ensure that disaster downtime is kept to a minimum:
1. Keep a detailed inventory of all business property, including the brand names, model numbers, age, purchase price, and place of purchase. A photographic record of items is even more helpful should you need to file a claim.
2. Contact your insurance agent to report any damage and/or loss.
3. Call ServiceMaster at 1-877-560-9111 for quick disaster recovery response. Our claims process takes just a few hours -
not days, helping to lower the cost of
claims and providing fast, professional service.

Blast From The Past
Ten years ago this month in Arizona...
On September 23, 2000, musical artist Lindsey Buckingham joined Stevie Nicks at her benefit concert for the Arizona Heart Institute at the America West Arena
in Phoenix.
He performed "Big Love," "Go Insane" (both of these
songs were dedicated to Stevie), "Landslide" and "Gypsy".
