ServiceMaster All Care Restoration's Open House
We hope you were able to join us for our open house to celebrate our newest office expansion. We had a great time visiting with special guests, raising funds for Relay for Life, and getting to cut the ribbon on our newly expanded office space. By far the highlight of the event was getting up close and personal to ServiceMaster's NASCAR show vehicle and the Catastrophic Loss Command Centre.

ServiceMaster Clean Racing at
Phoenix International Raceway
Our April racing event was a huge success and just downright fun! This action-packed weekend was a hospitality event, featuring the first night race of the year. We were entertained all day and night at the ServiceMaster Clean Machine on The Perch, which is an
exclusive corporate VIP retreat area at the 1-mile, tri-oval
raceway.
On Friday, we stepped out on pit road during the NSCS qualifying session, where we were able to see some true NASCAR stars, including Jimmie
Johnson, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Tony Stewart, Clint Bowyer, Kevin Harvick, Juan Pablo Montoya, Kyle Petty and Kurt Busch.
On Saturday, we took a tour the NSCS garage and observed teams pushing their cars through pre-race inspection. Some of us were lucky enough to run into (and get an autograph from) NASCAR team owner, Joe Gibbs. Two of our guests and the winners of the ServiceMaster Clean Racing Honorary Clean-Up Crew Members were Ronald Solares and Mike Boyce.
Congratulations!

American Cancer Society Relay for Life
Thanks to everyone who joined us last month at the Peoria Sports Complex. We had a strong team that took turns walking or running around the track for 12 hours. Many of us walked in memory or in honor of a loved one battling cancer. Together we raised over $3,000 which will be used to help find a cure.
Great job, team!

Featured Service

ServiceMaster All Care Restoration Pack Out Services.
Pack Out services are available after a natural disaster causes damage to your business and property and furnishings need to be removed so that structural repairs can
begin.
If this is necessary, our trained technicians carefully assess
the premises for any concerns before beginning the pack out. Then they
carefully and professionally remove personal property from the premises
in order to prevent any additional damage.
The pack out of the residence or business is documented by
both photo and video, allowing documentation of contents and furniture
and ensuring that all items are returned back to their original
location once repairs are completed. All cash, credit cards, jewelry, checkbooks, medications,
personal documents, valuable collections and personal weapons are always kept separate
from the pack out.
Standard moving industry boxes, packing materials and supplies are
used to pack the contents and protect the furniture goods in transport,
as well as in storage. After the boxed items and furniture has been assessed, inventoried
and tagged at the job site, we will provide you with a copy of the
general inventory. The items are then transported back to our plant and
storage facility and placed in secure storage vaults.
We use a proprietary chain of custody computer tracking system
(MSM) which accurately inventories and tracks your belongings with a
bar code. We are then able to track your goods throughout the entire
phase of the project. The restoration process of all boxed items and furniture can include cleaning, deodorizing, repairing or servicing.
Once this process is complete, boxed items will be repacked and
furniture will be rewrapped.
Any belongings that are not able to be restored will be listed, documented and stored, if needed. The items are then placed back into the secure storage vaults until
the repairs or reconstruction is completed and they can be moved back
into the home or business.
