As a long time resident said recently, "Bakken Realty is the first new real estate company in the Williston area in a quite a while". The managing broker of Bakken Realty is Mitzi Bestall who owns two other real estate companies in western Colorado. Mitzi and her partner Bill Murphy, who is in charge of marketing, are specialists in new products, whether it be single family homes or multi-family residences. Together they have represented well over a thousand home buyers in the last 12 years.
