Meet Your Chamber Board | |

Cathy L. Kruse, Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations Coordinator, joined GeoResources, Inc. in May, 1981. Mrs. Kruse served on the GeoResources, Inc.'s Board of Directors from June, 1996, until it merged with two companies in April, 2007. Mrs. Kruse is a 1977 graduate from the Atlanta College of Business and a 1981 graduate from the Arizona Institute of Paralegal Training with a Corporate Law and Business Organization emphasis. Mrs. Kruse serves on the North Dakota Governor's Council for Workforce Development, the Board of Directors for the North Dakota Chamber of Commerce, the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce, and for the Miss North Dakota Organization. Mrs. Kruse is a member of the Williston Rotary Club and New Hope Wesleyan Church. Cathy is married to Mark and they have two grown children, Carson and Carly. |

Williston State College is offering an English Language Learners Course. The ELL course will include exercises, activities, and assignments in pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, writing, reading and speaking skills. Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. (AE2S) has hired Melinda Rasmussen as an Administrative Assistant in its Williston, ND office. Melinda is a native of Williston and has ten years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Melinda is an active volunteer in the City, and has served as a Den Mother, Advancements Chairperson, and District Activities Chairperson with the Cub Scouts of America for which she received a district Award of Merit. Prior to joining AE2S, Melinda worked as an Administrative Assistant for Dan's Production Service. At AE2S, her responsibilities include reception duties, administrative duties, and support to technical staff, as well as assisting in database research and maintenance and other special projects. |
