Kevin Paschke, a native of Grand Forks, North Dakota, has been hired as the Executive Director of the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce.  Paschke will manage all Williston Chamber activities and will work with the staff and board of directors.

"I am looking forward to working with the people of Williston and the businesses in the area in these exiting times. I am honored to be serving in this role.  Working closely with the Board of Directors, the Chamber will be focused on expanding the membership base, adding new value-driven member benefits and services, and exploring new events that exceed the expectations of our members." said Paschke.  Paschke will begin his duties at the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce on November 1, 2010 and will replace Diane Hagen, who resigned in August after 10 years as the Chamber's Executive Director.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Paschke owned a small consulting firm. He has developed and delivered training curriculum for sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. "Kevin has a background in small business development across a wide-variety of industries in areas critical to our membership right now. His team building and training experience will help us propel our mission of providing resources to shape the positive business environment of our community." said Cathy Kruse the Board President.

Paschke is married to Karen. They have three children. Their two youngest are in college and oldest is a recent college graduate serving as a Pastor Intern.
