I am very pleased with the improved density and regrowth of Mint Creek's pastures due to our change to mob grazing management we initiated last year.  The winter has provided a blanket of snow cover for most of the season protecting the plants from damage. Come gaze and graze upon some of the goodness, felicity and beauty of nature with us this April.

I was walking through the pasture and had the Cole Porter song "So In Love" rolling around in my head after my daughter Raya performed it at an event.  It soon morphed into my version, "Soil in Love."  The lyrics are to the right.  Read them as you listen to the song on YouTube.

Our Spring Farm Event is scheduled for

Saturday, April 16  

&  

Sunday, April 17.

    

We invite you to take part in one or all of the fun activities starting with a farm tour on Saturday afternoon followed by a delicious gourmet dinner featuring Mint Creek Farm products.  You have the option to stay overnight at Greenhouse Bed and Breakfast just down the road from the farm and then take part in morning chores and activities Sunday morning.
