Greetings!
Once again, it is our great pleasure to invite you to FREE COMIC BOOK DAY at 4 Color Fantasies on May 7, 2011. This will be our 5 year anniversary in addition to FCBD this year and we want you to be a part of it!
We have been planning this event since the day after last year's FCBD and hope you will enjoy! Please remember that we do this for the love our industry, to try to capture a piece of the past for some readers, or discover a future for others. Comics were a great part of our lives and we just want others to experience what we have.
Below is a list of events and special guests that we will be here at 4 Color Fantasies. Please take the time to speak with everyone as they are volunteering their time and energy to be here for you!
Please remember that all comics and items offered on that day are FREE and we do this to help our community, so if you see a donation jar for a charity, please feel free to donate the loose change in your pockets.

 DC exclusive writer Gail Simone will be here signing throughout the day. Some of her works include BIRDS OF PREY, SECRET SIX, WONDER WOMAN and WELCOME TO TRANQUILITY
JT KRUL
 DC Writer JT Krul will also be here signing. He is currently working on GREEN ARROW, TEEN TITANS and for Aspen Studios, FATHOM and SOULFIRE
MIKE MAYHEW Artist Mike Mayhew has worked for DC & Marvel Comics. His works include SPAWN, X-MEN ORIGINS JEAN GREY (first fully painted issue), FEAR ITSELF HOMEFRONT. He continues to work on both DC and Marvel's biggest events and crossovers.
ADAM BEECHEN  DC Comics writer Adam Beechen will be signing! Adam's works include DC and other animated shows including THE BATMAN, X-MEN EVOLUTIONS, STATIC SHOCK. His comic credits include the hot new ongoing BATMAN BEYOND, BATGIRL, and TEEN TITANS GO!
MARC ANDREYKO
 Writer Marc Andreyko has written for DC, Marvel, Dark Horse, IDW and Image Comics. He currently has worked on LET ME IN, MANHUNTER Co-Features and will be writing an upcoming BIRDS OF PREY and the new CAPTAIN AND BUCKY series
Norm Rapmund  Norm is an exclusive inker for DC Comics. He is best known for his work on SUPERGIRL with Ian Churchill and his current work on BOOSTER GOLD and JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA
Danny Miki
 Danny is currently an inker for Marvel Comics. His current works include INCREDIBLE HULK, HULK, VENOM, SILVER SURFER (covers) FEAR ITSELF (covers) and is the exclusive inker for all of Joe Quesada's art work. He is also the creator of EDUSKATERS
Allen Martinez  Allen is an artist/inker for Marvel Comics. He has worked on such comics as SECRET INVASION: REQUIEM, UNCANNY X-MENand most recently he has been working on NEW MUTANTS & IRON MAN LEGACY.
Amy Wolfram  Amy Wolfram is a TV & Comic writer whose credits include 15 episodes of the animated series TEEN TITANS as well as episodes of LEGION OF SUPERHEROS,and BEN 10 among others.TEEN TITANS YEAR ONE is her venture into comic books along with several issues of CARTOON NETWORKS BEN 10
John C. Narcomey, Jr
 John, head of Draw Hard Studios is currently providing art for Semantink Publishing's summer release of DUST, a 6 part mini-series written and created by James Ninness. He is also working on creator owned projects DIE DEMON DIE and CHOLO LIBRE: RISE OF THE LUCHADOR

This year we have the pleasure of hosting BOOM STUDIOS! at our event. They are coming out with loads of books for all ages! Along with their books they will be hosting Writer Ian Brill and Michael Allen Nelson
IAN BRILL  Ian Brill currently is the writer for KABOOM!'s DARKWING DUCK (one of the FCBD Books!!) and CHIP & DALE'S RESCUE RANGERS.
MICHAEL ALLEN NELSON  Currently writing 28 DAYS LATER, Michael has also worked on other BOOM! titles FALL OF CTHULHU, HEXED and SECOND WAVE
Semantink Publishing is a San Diego based publisher house featuring an intimate variety of of polished properties created strictly for consumer delight.
DANIEL TOUCHET  Daniel, a graphic design student at San Diego Statue University, has always had a passion for comics. In 2010, he became the artist for the weekly web-comic strip, THE UNDERGROUNDS. Daniel has also teamed with fellow UNDERGROUNDS alum Joe Pezzula on the recently launched SIM-I!
JAMES NINNESS  After graduating from CSLB with his degree in creative writing, James moved into the world of comics in 2009. James is the creator/writer of MYTHOI, DUST and the upcoming THE HEAVEN'S from Semantink Publishing
JOE PEZZULA  A screenwriter by trade, Joe broke into comics as one of the writers on the weekly web-strip THE UNDERGROUNDS. In April, Joe launched his first full-length comic book with Semantink, SIM-I with artist Daniel Touchet.
