The Well Community Fellowship - Modesto, CA
"Such a great 2 year birthday celebration with over 230 in attendance over two services. Thank you all, for making The Well such an amazing church. Your surrender, sacrifice and service to Jesus is making a huge difference. " -- Pastor Randy Balling In addition to math tutoring for kids, Zumba fitness for women, Marriage Wellness, Alpha course, and many other Life Groups, Christian artist Josiah James also performed at The Well. Not only are they helping their community by giving groceries away to an average of 50 families every Sunday, The Well has also partnered with On The Front Line Ministries as they plants churches in Cambodia. They had 1700 decisions for Christ in the month of August alone. Please be in prayer for The Well they are...
- looking into the possibility of starting a free medical clinic
- prayerfully planning a third service which would meet Saturday nights--beginning Spring 2012
- challenged by the economic woes of Stanislaus County. Our unemployment rate is over 17%. Property value declines have recently been rated the worst in the country. One in three households receive some kind of government assistance.

Redeemer's Church - Reedley CA
"We say that we are a 'new kind of church' because for the last four years we have been on a journey to raise up new values and embrace new expressions of our following of Jesus Christ and what the Church is about. Our core beliefs have not changed. They're not new. They are the historic, orthodox beliefs of Christianity." -- Redeemer's Church
Believing that everything the church does should help people take steps towards Christ, they've started programs such as Celebrate Recovery and Alpha courses. Sacred Marriage and group studies that learn from books such as: Practical Justice, Wild at Heart, and The Me I Want to Be, are just a few other ways Redeemers Church is living out their mission.
However investment in their church community doesn't stop there. Redeemer's Church supports local organizations including Hope Now for Youth, LOVE, Inc., and The Learning Connection.

In addition to reaching their community for Christ, Redeemer's Church has been working to help kick severe poverty off our planet by empowering children living in extreme poverty. "We stand alongside effective local leaders and help them do what they are uniquely positioned to do in ways we could never do. All our programming is a partnership between our friends helping children in various countries and all those who contribute to When I Grow Up.

Restoration Life - Sacramento, CA
Rebuilding Lives and Restoring Relationships Seven years ago Restoration Life began as a new church plant in Sacramento with many dreams, including:
- We dream of a church in the city that is passionate about connecting people's real longings with real answers.
-
We dream of planting several churches in the city that grow because they offer real hope to their community.
-
We dream of a church where it is normal for people to lean on each other for strength and accountability.
- We dream of a church where learning God's truth is engaging, accessible and inspiring. read more
Not only have they been dreaming, but God has used them and their heart for His will to help achieve great things. Here are just a few:
- Collaborating with Sacramento Convoy of Hope to provide an estimated 10,000 people with a tangible message of hope-free groceries, health screenings, job fairs, haircuts, games and activities for children, and much more.
- Connecting with Run for Courage an organization that is working on the frontlines against human trafficking.
- Each year Restoration Life has chosen to remodel one home in their community ... Their congregants gather on one gigantic weekend of work and completely transform the home from an eye sore to a beacon of hope.
- They have also been asked to lead the Season of Service for the Louis Palau Festival in 2012 which is uniting 400 area churches for six months of community projects. They have a partnership with the Mayor's office and plans to sustain the Season of Service for the next 20 years as an annual event uniting the business community and the government, which will be led by the Church.

WayPointe - Richmond, CA Committed To Our Community... com-mit-ment, noun. A pledge or promise; obligation. From soup kitchens and shelters to schools, you'll find the volunteers of WayPointe at the center of serving the West County community of Richmond, CA. WayPointe has adopted 2 public schools: Riverside Elementary and a public charter high school. Members volunteer in the libraries, the reading programs, and one is facilitating a class this semester. This spring, WayPointe fully funded a school library's inventory/check out/status automation project - e.g., real money for a real need. One of our small groups supports a county transitional shelter (Brook Side), another just hosted a BBQ-entertainment day for the Richmond Seniors Center, and yet another gathers at another area church once a month to put on a breakfast for the homeless/disadvantaged. In addition to reaching their community, WayPointe has partnered for a second time with World Vision to build AIDS Caregiver Kits. "These kits help to prolong lives, comfort the sick, protect caregivers and protect against infection." - World Vision WayPointe's Clusters serve their community in a variety of ways. Their contributions have supported the Bay Area Rescue Mission, Richmond Seniors Center and the local Salvation Army, West County Children and Family Services, and AIDS caregiver events.
Our community commitment is more than skin deep! -- Pastor Gary Cooper Real Connections, Real Community, Real Purpose. -- WayPointe Christian Fellowship of Richmond, CA website
