Parking with a Purpose
We need volunteers on Sunday mornings!  One of the areas where we need help is on the Parking Team.

What are the benefits of being on the Parking Team?
1. They are the first and last faces that folks see.
2. They ensure that guests feel welcome from their very first encounter at MWay.
3. They get to be outside!
4. It's not a "demanding" area...just show up with a smile!

If you are interested in being a part of the Parking Team on Sunday mornings, contact Nate.
Habitat Mission Trip
Has God been speaking to your heart about going and serving?  We have a great opportunity to reach out to the folks on the Gulf Coast who are still suffering from the effects of Hurricane Katrina.  We are planning a trip this October to travel to to that area to build homes through Habitat for Humanity.  If you are interested in learning more about going, contact Jamie.
Kidz Bible Camp
We are excitedly planning for our Kidz Bible Camp (formerly called Neighborhood Bible Clubs) this summer.  The week-long camps are an excellent opportunity for outreach in our community.  We hope you and your children will come out and invite your family and friends to join us!  Our planning team will be meeting Thursday, May 28, at 4:30 p.m. at the MWay Office to continue preparing for the summer.  If you are interested in volunteering at a club or even hosting a club in your home or neighborhood, please contact Jamie.
Graduate Information Needed
We are looking for information on all MWay graduates, both high school and college.  Send the details about your graduate, including his or her school, degree, awards or honors, future plans and a photo, if available, to Jamie by Monday, May 11.

Success at Seamark Ranch
Thank you to the team that went out to serve at Seamark Ranch last weekend--Dale and Julie Cockley, Diane Quick, Karen Sistare and Landon Timbers--as they invited the community to learn about their ministry.  Below is a letter of thanks from Seamark:

"This truly was a huge team effort with every person in our Seamark family playing a critical role. We have had so much wonderful feedback. Remember how we said no one could visit Seamark and not experience the power of God?  Friday night as I was driving away, I received a call.  It was the man who delivered the port-a-lets a few hours earlier.  He called just to tell us how touched he was by what he had seen and heard at Seamark that afternoon, and that he wanted his family to come out the next day so they could see it first hand.  This, in spite of all the confusion, chaos and stress of getting ready for the event.  I am so thankful that God is allowing us to be part of His ministry and see Him at work in such a mighty way."

Throughout the weekend, they saw more than 1,000 folks come through Seamark.  What a blessing!  We look forward to more opportunities to be a part of what God is doing through Seamark.
