This Week @ MissionWay

Big Change

MissionWay stands on the brink of unparalleled opportunity. God has opened doors for us to take our ministry to the "next level". This unique, experiential series will unfold the "change" required for MissionWay to seize these God-sized opportunities. Each Sunday of the series, you will experience firsthand some exciting changes at MissionWay....... transformations of our worship experience, "Kidz" environments, and connecting points for guests. Hear inspiring stories of how God is transforming people at MissionWay and learn how you can embrace His work in your life.

The Big C - Changing the Kidz Environments
This Sunday we will roll out some exciting changes in the Kidz areas! Come Sunday to see the cool, new look of the Kidz rooms. We hope to provide our MWay families a fun and safe environment for their children to play, learn and grow closer to God. Check us out this Sunday!

The Big C - Two Services @ MWay
There's more "change" in store, and it's happening on Easter Sunday, April 12. We are thrilled to announce that we are moving to two services on Sundays. The new times will be 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Invite your family and friends to come and be a part of these exciting changes at MWay. We are stepping out in faith and obedience to what God is asking us to do and trusting Him as He draws our community in to hear about His deep and unchanging love.

Plugging-In @ MWay

Carly and Kati DoggettThey may be only 14 and 16 years old, but Carly and Kati Doggett aren't afraid to jump in and serve at MissionWay. For more than a year now, Carly and Kati have been volunteering on Sunday mornings by running the children's check-in area.  Their responsibilities include registering and checking in the kids, escorting parents and children to their rooms, and printing and distributing their name ID's.

"When Ms. Margi asked us, we wanted to help in any way we could," Kati said.  "It gives us a way to serve and a purpose, and makes us feel like we are more involved with our community."

It's also a way for our MissionWay family and guests to see friendly, familiar faces on Sunday mornings that remind them that their kids are in good hands. "We feel much closer to the kids and to their families now," Carly said.  "We have a great time with them."

Both Carly and Kati encourage others at MWay to get involved through serving on Sunday mornings. There's a place for everyone who wants to help out.  "There's always a way to serve," Kati said. "You just have to find that area that best suits your personality, gifts and talents."

In addition to Sunday mornings, both Carly and Kati serve as volunteers during our summer Neighborhood Bible Clubs and with various other kids' activities.  Carly, who attends Landram Middle School, enjoys playing baseball and softball and hanging out with friends and her big sis, Kati. Kati, a sophomore at Nease High School, enjoys reading, writing, singing and hanging out with her friends.
Baptism Service and Community Easter Event
Join us for our Baptism Service from 4-6 p.m., on Sunday, April 5 at the Winston Family YMCA (170 Landrum Lane, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082). It's going to be a fun, family-oriented event! Bring your friends and family to enjoy a meal together, Easter egg hunt, and other fun games for kids. We are also excited to celebrate baptism with many from our MissionWay family. If you would like to know more about being baptized, contact Pastor Ron. For more details about the event and how you can help, contact Jamie.
Thank You for Serving!
Seamark Logo
On Saturday, a team of MissionWay volunteers traveled to Seamark Ranch to hang out with the kids who live at the ranch, provide a cookout, sports, games and encouragement. Thank you to Diane Raines who planned this exciting day and to the entire team that served last weekend. We look forward to many more opportunities to participate in sharing Christ's love through Seamark Ranch. We hope you will join us next time!
