Our value proposition has made a quantum leap during 2008 as we strive to make your Arbor Energy experience the best it can be. Our people and processes are aligned for complete customer satisfaction and our product line is evolving to include options that appeal to the various preferences of our customer base.
We've integrated our CRM and ERP systems with our new website so that you may enjoy self-service for information research, support and account management.
Along with high performance upgrades to traditional heating and central air conditioning systems, we've added geothermal and solar sustainable energy solutions to our product line.
Complementary partnerships enable us to offer total solutions for everything associated with your home comfort environment. For example, our partner spotlight introduces you to JRV Home Inspection Services, who provides home energy audits. The State of Connecticut subsidizes home energy audits, which can cost over $500. The homeowner is responsible for the first $75 and the state pays the balance.
The State of Connecticut offers loans up to $25,000 for oil fired, solar and geothermal upgrades [depending upon income and credit rating] at interest rates ranging from 0 to 6%. The State of Connecticut also offers a $500 rebate on high efficiency upgrades. For geothermal and solar upgrades, you can also qualify for a 30% federal tax reduction (capped at $2,000).

Geothermal Systems Save Energy and Protect the Environment
The geothermal heat pump, also known as the ground source heat pump, is a highly efficient renewable energy technology that is gaining wide acceptance for both residential and commercial buildings. Geothermal heat pumps are used for space heating and cooling, as well as water heating. Changing our Name
Arbor Energy LLC
We are sensitive to the environmental, social
and economic needs of our customers through the products we sell and the way we
run our business.
Many customers have significantly improved the efficiency of
their traditional home comfort systems through energy saving upgrades. Others have asked for renewable energy
solutions, so we have recently expanded our product family to include geothermal
and solar energy solutions.
Now, it
makes sense for us to change our name. We selected Arbor Energy because it more closely matches our identity.
