Greetings!

Your audience forgets 90 percent of what they see and hear within two weeks.

(In two weeks, you are going to forget I told you that!)

Why is this important? (See 9 Reasons to Repeat Your Message)

There is no reason for you to think that your audience (target market) remembers what you offer (products, services, etc.) are. Or why, they should respond (refer, buy, etc.) to it

You must promote your offer (company) on a continuing basis.

While working in patient care, I suffered from A.I.

A.I.? Arrogant Ignorance.

I assumed that everyone that came into our offices knew that not only did we provide prosthetic services - we also provided a full range of orthotic services.

Needless to say, whenever a prosthetic patient came in accompanied by a spouse, child, significant other, who was wearing an orthosis they'd recently acquired - I would go nuts!

"Where did you get that? Don't you know that we do that here...blah, blah, blah!!!"  Full blown A.I.

It was not their job to remember everything we offered. 
It was my job to remind them on a regular basis.  (Hmmm, sounds like...MARKETING!)
