I flew over 75,000 actual air miles on Delta last year.
That makes me a Gold Medallion member. Delta's in
big financial trouble. They should be sucking up to
their customers, especially their frequent
fliers, don't you think?
Instead, when I
checked in recently - using the First
Class/Medallion member check in line - before the
ticket agent even looked at my ticket she said "This
line is for
First Class and Medallion members."
I
thought... "OUCH! Why don't
look like a First Class/Medallion member???" AND,
simultaneously
