Lunar Trance Dance
Yoga Trance Dance, first developed and offered by yoga teacher Shiva Rea, is an exploration of the eternal flow of natural movement through yoga. Yoga Trance Dance aims to provide you with a practice so that you can explore the potency of free-flow yoga and dance to bring greater fluidity, breath, range of motion, stamina for life, and embodied joy into our being and lives. Yoga Trance Dance at FreeSpirit Yoga will be led by Mira Jamadi. *Note-Yoga experience is not necessary and you don't need to bring a yoga mat. You might like to bring a towel for drying off afterwards. Please avoid eating 2-3 hours before dancing. Kids are welcome. Space is limited.

FIRST FRIDAYS MARCH 7th 7:30-10PM 
Carmen Rickter, Portrait Artist Using primarily graphite and charcoal as her medium, Carmen naturally applies realism as her choice of style. She is especially fascinated by the great works of the renaissance period and passionately applies her focus on replicating similar life-like images. Primarily self taught, Carmen has received formal instruction in fine art from several institutes including the Art Center College of Design School and CSULB. Carmen believes art and the act of being creative is very personal. |

Roz Wiley - Has been painting since the age of 3, born of artistic parents. She is a kinesthetic/visual learner and communicator. Learning by doing she has created works through the exploration of painting, drawing, photography, fashion, writing, and art performance.These current works stem from the desire to create art meant to elicit a sense of inner beauty and strength in the observer. Working in many mediums, the pieces in this exhibit are mainly acrylic and tempera on canvas or wood. She hopes you will enjoy her work as much as she has enjoyed creating it for you. She lives in Los Angeles with her muses.
