Dear Friends,
I woke up this morning with the intention to be inspired to communicate something to all of you that would help you during these early days of this momentous new year. I "stumbled" upon these words from the indomitable Marianne Williamson, "This year will bring whatever this year brings, but what you bring TO it will make all the difference." Wow, those powerful words struck a chord deep within me and I feel compelled to share them with you. It seems to me that this concept is always true but somehow it is particularly relevant now.
For so many of you, 2010 was an intense year of tremendous change. Like we were all being shaken out of whatever areas of our lives we were sleepwalking in. Like our world was topsy turvy and turned upside down. While all our stories were unique to each of us, a common theme I heard all around me last year from my clients and just about everyone that I know was that it was a time of tremendous transition, transmutation and for some transformation. All words that are so often overused in today's lexicon but somehow are aptly descriptive of last year.
It is apparent that we are living in a time where we can no longer hide. Hide from our true selves and hearts nor hide from one another. We are being asked, and yes, at times pushed quite hard to wake up and live more honestly, powerfully and lovingly. Gone are the days where we can simply float through our lives unconsciously.
While this time brings with it tremendous opportunity, I will not sugarcoat it by saying this year will necessarily be easy for all of you. For often when true change knocks on your door it can feel very challenging and often very disorienting. It is at times like this that we need to go to a deeper well within us of faith and perseverance. Faith that we truly are powerful beings in this world, faith that despite what circumstances may present themselves that we are being supported, faith that if you combine clarity, heart and tenacity that anything is truly possible, faith that you have a birthright to be a presence of joy in this world for yourself and for others.
Today we find ourselves in the dawning of a new year and when it comes down to it, no one really knows what this year will bring. In many ways Marianne's quote goes to the heart of my work with my beloved clients as my intention is never to simply dole out predictions but rather to empower and assist you in creating the life you were meant to live. And so to each of you I ask what will you will bring to this year? This is not the time to passively hope for the life you want but rather to engage fully in the creation of it.
This concept resonated with me this morning as I too am in the midst of a time where so much has changed and is still changing. Like so many of you, this past year brought quite a few challenges for me and my family but it also brought so many blessings. Some blessings were more obvious than others, but other blessings came disguised as hardship. Sometimes something will come up in your life that feels like it is negative or unwanted but in time unfolds to be a gift.
I often find this concept very humbling as it truly goes to a question of letting go of preconceptions, control, and choosing to live from a place of deeper faith in not only oneself but also in the universe--and trust me I don't mean that in a namby-pamby kind of way--but in a deeply authentic way. Do you ultimately believe in yourself, and I mean, really believe in yourself? Do you ultimately believe, really believe, that you live in a universe that wants to support your essential self (notice I did not write your personality self)? Don't worry if you aren't fully there yet, for it is a beautiful time to choose to go to a deeper level of faith.
We are all being asked to connect more authentically and powerfully to our highest beliefs about ourselves and the world we live in. For somehow we have to believe, and from that place we need to live and spread our authentic light into the world.
And so while the question is a big one and one that does not need to be answered in full today, I do believe that it is a worthy "mantra" to meditate on...that what you bring TO this year will make all the difference. So be the difference that makes your life sing...

During this time where even the support we seek is often rushed, these session's length offers you the time to deeply explore where you are today and helps you to manifest a more fulfilling present and future. You will receive tangible suggestions to pro-actively assist you to move through the obstacles that are challenging you. These sessions also provide an energetic experience that is both nurturing and inspiring.
These powerful sessions go beyond intellectual awareness to emotional connectedness and balance. While clients consider me to be a "grounded psychic", they also describe their experiences of our sessions together as "a reconnection to your own innate magic."

I will provide you with clear suggestions on what can best assist you to authentically move through pain, obstacles and confusion to a place of more peace, empowerment and manifestation!
Individual and package sessions are available. Intuitive Counseling One Hour sessions are available over the phone or in-person.
Couples Sessions
These hour and a half sessions are meant for all relationships whether romantic, professional or familial. I will guide you together to attain more clarity, direction, and tools on how to connect more authentically, peacefully and joyfully to one another.
Whether you need assistance with obstacles that are facing you in your relationship or simply would like to go to another level in your relationship, couples sessions offer you a safe and powerful opportunity to receive the support that is most beneficial for you.
Couples Sessions are available for individual sessions or multiple session packages. They are available both in-person and over the phone.
Intuitive Feng Shui Home & Office Consultations These consultations offer a personalized, intuitive and transformational approach that assists you in the creation of home and business environments designed to fully support your personal and professional goals.
I will help you arrange, decorate and revitalize your home, office, indoor and outdoor spaces so that your life is more harmonious and your dreams more fully realized. While classically trained in Feng Shui, my unique approach is anything but traditional. Intuitive Interiors consultations synthesize a combination of psychic information, Feng Shui techniques, and interior design sensibility. Space Clearings and Blessings are also available for both your home and office.
