It is never too early to get started on your homemade holiday gifts! I plan on adding these fun, simple tags to gift baskets that I'll put together for our friends and family members.

The August Classy Pak is perfect for holiday projects! The colors in this Basic Grey are absolutely gorgeous and the diecuts make for quick and easy holiday gift tags.

I adhered the premade tags to cardstock and added a few flower embellishments and I will hang them from the decorative ric rac that came with the Pak! I will keep these tags with my holiday bags and wrapping papers and they will be ready to add to gifts when December rolls around!

Sometimes you get a photo that all you really want to use is just that one photo. I loved this photo of Meganne on a recent camping trip. She even managed to have her hair brushed for a change LOL! This is one of my new favorite layouts. I had so much fun with this kit. To recreate a layout similar to this you will need:

Supplies From August 07 Classy Pack:: Basic Grey Inspire Patterned Paper, Basic Grey Concentrate Patterned Paper, Basic Grey Infuse Die Cut Shapes Misc. Supplies: Brown Cardstock or Basic Grey Infuse Saturate Patterned Paper , Cream Cardstock for title circle, Making Memories Brown Leather Flowers, Making Memories Crystal Brads, Red Buttons, Stamp or computer generated circle title, Distress ink for title circle,

1. Print a large photo or a series of photos for the right side of your layout. Mine is 5-1/2 x 9-1/2.
2. Cut a piece of the Inspire patterned paper 4-1/2 x 7- 1/4 and a piece of the Concentrate patterned paper 2- 3/4 x 4-1/2.
3. Assemble the photo and patterned papers in the center of your brown cardstock so that they create a square.
4. Add the die cuts to the line created between the patterned papers and the photo(s).
5. Create your title and add to the center of one of the die cuts.
6. You can use your computer, stamps, rub-ons or perhaps a hand drawn title and cut a circle to fit the center of one of the large die cut flowers.
7. I added some ink to distress the scrap of cream cardstock I had sitting around to match the distressed look of the patterned paper.
8. Add some of the misc. flowers and brads over the diecuts to create dimension on your layout and you are done.
