This month, we feature Roman Villalpando, manager of our Santa Ana location, with FSS since 1985.
Hot product in your store right now?
The wood boxes are still "hot ." Our customers often buy manzanita branches and "bling" to go with the boxes. Our line of jewels and accents is now very impressive!
Most memorable customer story? We had a customer who was a bit skeptical about using our glue dashes to adhere a clear dish on top of a vase After her event, she mentioned to us how the vase had tipped over and the arrangement had gone all over the place but the dish stayed totally on the top of the vase even while on its side. We thought it was funny since it proved our point!
Your favorite holiday? My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving just because it feels more like family time, and I love turkey with all the trimmings.
Favorite vacation spot? My favorite vacation spot is anywhere with tropical water, such as Hawaii, Cancun, or the Keys in Florida.
Favorite comfort food? My favorite comfort food would have to be potato chips. Mmmmm! I could eat them all day long!
