Most memorable customer quote?
I had a new customer (who had previously been a regular patron of our Denver store) who mistakenly went to a competitor's shop to pick up her FSS order.  She walked into that store and told the clerk that she had an order to pick up.  He told her he didn't have an order for her.  She said, "What? I called it in!"  He then informed her that she was in the wrong store. When she found our store and came in to pick up her order, she was so happy as she looked around and said:
"Now THIS is FSS!" 
 
 
Your favorite holiday?  
I love Christmas!  I have such a great time with my  kids--well, they're young adults, now---they are my heart!  We love sharing the special time together and celebrating the world at peace for a day.

 


Last movie you saw?  

The Help.
I liked it because it was such a great story, the film was well acted, and it showed that we have a ways to go as a nation. Bring your tissues!


Favorite vacation spot?
San Francisco:  my home, sweet home.  There is so much to see and do in the City and the S.F. Bay Area. To me, San Francisco is the most wonderful city in the world ! I did leave my heart in San Francisco: my birthplace and my city always.

  

Favorite comfort food?
I love Pupusas!  (Me too, Al! -editor)
