Not only that, but Tucson rated another spot on the list with The Bars at Hotel Congress. A crepe to go bananas over
This is food truck cuisine at its best! You might think of this as a banana cream pie in a crepe, with bananas, custard, struedel crumbs, and toasted coconut. And here's a warning - it's a meal unto itself. The portion must be equal to a third of a pie. Since Jessica Kraus doesn't serve coffee out of her truck, you might want to bring along a cup with you to enjoy with this pie...uh, I mean crepe.
