Last week's Tucson Food Truck Round-up! was an overwhelming success! Over 500 people showed up to enjoy mobile cuisine dished out by six different food trucks. My wife and I can't wait for the next one, hopefully which will happen next month. I'll send out a tweet as soon as I hear anything about a date. More about last week's event is in the feature article below.

Monday Night Grub: The 1st Tucson Food Truck Round-up!

Last Monday evening, as my wife and I made our way downtown to attend the 1st Tucson Food Truck Round-up!, I said to her: "I don't have any idea if this is going to be well attended or not. A chilly Monday night, and it's kinda of an offbeat location downtown, it's hard to say what the response will be." Well, a couple of minutes later, as we pulled up to Dinnerware Artspace, we found out exactly how Tucson responded - the little circle of food trucks in the parking lot was mobbed...
