Outplacement Builds Its Value on Engagement |

In May/June 2011, Aberdeen conducted a survey on the impact on business performance of offering outplacement. The study concluded that companies offering outplacement benefit from:
- Higher employee engagement
- Better talent acquisition (time and cost to hire)
- Lower unemployment claims.
These findings go beyond the typical reasons that organizations offer outplacement, these being to maintain the organization's reputation and reduce litigation risks.
