Greetings! 

Happy June! We have lots of good news to share this month--including a new section titled "LAB5 HIGH5" where we spotlight a client who showed the most dedication. This month we are featuring Francesca Nisco, we are very excited to share a little bit about her--she is wonderful! 

Some new additions have taken place at LAB5 as well. We believe wholeheartedly in our program, and in the benefits it can produce, which is why we created a 30-day money back guarantee. Also, we continue to expand our class types/offerings: 

RunLAB: Learn the latest in high efficiency run techniques. Improve your form, and learn the most common injury-causing errors! 
BoomerLABThis class is reserved for our more matured clients--like a fine wine, our depth and body changes with time. You will also be in good company. No 20-somethings allowed. Reminisce about the good 'ol days and sing along to tunes. LAB_Alert! 50+ is the new 30. 
30 In/30 OutThis class is fun way to spend half the class outdoors (running, climbing stairs, hill sprints, etc) and the other half of the class indoors. Another HIGH INTENSITY CLASS

Join us on June 25th for Capitol Hill Pride (we will have a booth right in front of the studio), there will be live bands and tons of merchant booths! The downtown pride festival will be on Sunday, and LAB5 will be participating in the underU4men underwear fashion show!

Hobbies: International travel, Tennis, Outdoors/Nature, Great food and wine with family and friends, lifelong learning, wellness, music, building trust and community, joyful connections.

Pets? Miss my chocolate lab Truffles and Siamese cat Leonardo  

(Lost both in the last year--no pets currently)

ALSO: Getting married to an amazing guy on 11.11.11 (CONGRATS!) 

 

Francesca brings a wonderful attitude and a contagious smile with her to every class! This month we want to thank her for her superb dedication (she attended the most classes in the month of May), and wish her the best in all her endeavors :)
