Service Documentation Requirements
MassHealth Municipally Based Health Services Bulletin 9, October 3, 2003 provided the service documentation requirements for Massachusetts LEAs participating in the school-based Medicaid program. FY11 Cost Reports
We have tabulated the FY11 cost reports and the settlements for the districts we service are trending down this year, primarily due to statistical adjustments pursuant to guidance published by School-Based Claiming the week of December 12, 2011. Read more.

AAC Quarterly Claiming
We are beginning to process FY12 AAC quarterly claiming. At this time, MSB should have all of your Q1 administrative expense data (July 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011) including student and special education rosters as of July 5, 2011 and reportable annual budget data for FY12. We should also have received student and special education rosters for October 5, 2011. Read more.
