Advertised as the day set aside for "lovers," St. Valentine's Day can be even more stressful than the Christmas holiday season. This overly commercialized day has all the "hype" of Christmas and could leave you with feelings of anxiety and worthlessness if your faith is misguided. Misguidance can lead you to clich� "expectations." Were you expecting any of the following-a card, flowers, chocolate, dinner, jewelry, time alone with him (or her)-and nothing, not even an acknowledgement, came your way? I started my path of true "Stress Rejection" about 2 years ago.  I had reached a point where things had begun to overwhelm me.  Work, family, relationships, etc...The main stressors I guess you could say. I didn't know how to effectively deal with things and I felt obligated to help everyone and I had been neglecting myself. Not fully aware that the things I was doing were bringing mounds of stress in my life.
