This overly commercialized day has all the "hype" of Christmas and could leave you with feelings of anxiety and worthlessness if your faith is misguided. Member of the Month
I started my path of true "Stress Rejection" about 2 years ago. I had reached a point where things had begun to overwhelm me. Work, family, relationships, etc...The main stressors I guess you could say. I didn't know how to effectively deal with things and I felt obligated to help everyone and I had been neglecting myself.
