 Arizona Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Attestation for Eligible Professionals Opening tomorrow!

Arizona Medicaid EHR Incentive Program attestation for Eligible Professionals (EPs) will open tomorrow, Thursday, January 12th. AHCCCS will accept EP attestations for the 2011 calendar year through February 29, 2012.

"We are very pleased to be able to start accepting provider attestations. The provider community has worked hard to take advantage of the Federal Medicaid Electronic Health Record program," states Lorie Mayer, agency Health Information Technology Coordinator. 

Providers who have not yet set up electronic funds transfer (EFT) are reminded to submit the necessary documentation as soon as possible to ensure timely processing. Providers may check their EFT status by a simple login to the ePIP system to check for an error message. If no EFT error message is displayed upon login, then the EFT has been set up.
