REC Vendor Alliance Program Launches Today!

The REC is pleased to announce the launch of the Vendor Alliance Program, which offers strategic guidance and recommendations to REC members on vendor selection, yet still allows providers flexibility and choice in their decision-making.  

This past summer, the REC received applications from EHR vendors who sought to be part of the Vendor Alliance Program. After a robust review process, accepted vendors were categorized into three tiers:  

• Tier 1: Vendors in this tier offer preferred pricing to REC members, meet Meaningful Use Stage 1 certification, meet additional Arizona-specific interoperability requirements and participate as REC Educational Affiliates. These vendors also have a significant EHR installed base in Arizona.
• Tier 2: Vendors in this tier meet Meaningful Use Stage 1 certification and meet additional Arizona-specific interoperability requirements. Many Tier 2 vendors offer preferred pricing to REC members and some participate as REC Educational Affiliates. Vendors in this category have a growing EHR installed base in Arizona.
• Tier 3: Vendors in this tier meet Meaningful Use Stage 1 certification and are working to meet Arizona-specific interoperability requirements.

REC Vendor Showcases
