Greetings!
 On Thursday, April 14, 2011, around 2:00 p.m., a call went out from the dispatcher in Concord, NH, to report a structure fire underway and request on-scene assistance. The ASSIST-U.S.® flight crew scrambled immediately and was on scene within 5 minutes and streaming live video over the Internet. It just so happened that both the Concord Fire Chief and David Trahan, Director of Sales and Marketing, were attending the annual meeting of the New Hampshire Emergency Dispatchers Association in Laconia, NH. ASSIST-U.S.® Operations Center Director, Rick Bartle, sent the IP address of the video stream to David, who displayed the live stream to the audience. The Chief was able to watch his crew as they battled the fire. We will provide the video to the Chief for after-action review and training scenarios.
