Meeting Planners Return to Champaign County Year After Year
The Champaign County Convention and Visitors Bureau has been hearing great things about successful events and the wonderful experiences meeting planners are having in Champaign County. For the Illinois State Dental Society, a dental-education meeting in Champaign County about eight years ago was so successful that the group has returned every year since. One of the big draws for them is seeing the Fighting Illini play. "We buy over 100 tickets every year and have a tent in the official tailgate area. That's good fun and camaraderie..." said Kathy Ridely, Director of Education & Membership. Thanks, Kathy! We're glad to host your group and happy you've made Champaign County your home for meetings year after year. Go Illini!
