A Message from Melissa Hixson...  

Melissa Hixson Escrow Officer/LPO

     Having started in the business in 1997 with customer service and data entry, I found myself within a couple of months entering into the world of escrow, performing escrow assistant duties.  I realized quickly that escrow fit me well and I obtained my Limited Practice Officer's license and have now been working under my license for 10 years, with 9 of those being at Cowlitz Title.  What I love most about escrow is that there is the opportunity to learn something new every day.  I have been blessed to have such amazingly loyal customers and wonderful co-workers over the years. 

     In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jamie, who works in the fly fishing industry, and my son, Zander, who is three and a half.  We have enjoyed the summer spending time with family and friends at Camper's Hideaway and boating on Lake Merwin.  We are also anticipating an exciting Christmas season as we are expecting to welcome the addition of a second child.
