A Note From the Manager

Bianca     Over the last few years, Cowlitz County Title has veered away from the traditional celebration of Secretary's Day which was centered around the secretarial jobs within the office.  The recession has hit everyone, and all of us find ourselves taking on additional responsibilities and pulling together, even more so, as a team.   Because of this, I'd like to take this opportunity to wish each employee of Cowlitz County Title a Happy Administrative Professionals Day for their hard work and dedication.  Thanks for keeping Cowlitz County Title on top!  For more information and history about Administrative Professionals Week, visit this link.

Marginal Comedy Returns for April Fool's Day!

In honor of April Fool's Day, the TidBits will feature photographic tributes to the secret hobbies enjoyed by a few Cowlitz Title employees:

melindatnt
Since she's apparently found the fountain of youth, Escrow Assistant Melinda Gottfryd has been spending her spare moments competing for the crown in the "Little Miss Sassypants Pageant."  Don't tell anyone she's not really nine.
terrychainsaw
Ever wonder who that half-naked, sun-bronzed, chainsaw-juggling madman is?  It's our own Terry Woodruff!  If he can juggle these puppies, he can surely juggle the toughest title reports!
meldoghair
It's a craze that's catching on - and Escrow Officer Melissa Hixson is always a trendsetter!  An avid dog-hair knitter, Melissa makes "poodle" look like "cashmere."

biancadnd
It's been a few years since Manager Bianca Lemmons initially caught the "Dungeons & Dragons" bug.  Since then, her character "Queefdor, Goddess of the Doo-Rah" has put many miles on her twelve-sided die.

All In Good Humor

A broker was dismayed when a brand new real estate office much like his own opened up next door and erected a huge sign which read 'BEST AGENTS.'

He was horrified when another competitor opened up on his right, and announced its arrival with an even larger sign, reading 'LOWEST COMMISSIONS.'

The broker panicked, until he got an idea. He put the biggest sign of all over his own real estate office. It read: 'MAIN ENTRANCE'
