Get To Know Escrow Officers Tracey Hendrickson, Kim Jones and Jenna Day
   We're very excited to be back home: working
for Cascade Title! We look forward to working with you, providing the superior service that
has helped us grow our loyal customer base over the years. If we haven't
closed for you for a while, please try Cascade Title--we know you'll enjoy
working with our team of pleasant and professional employees.
In our years in this business, we've learned
how important it is to be working for a locally owned company. Cascade is part
of a family-owned business that has been involved in title insurance in
Washington State since the turn of the century. Although we are local, our
policies are underwritten by Old Republic Title Company, which has the highest
financial strength rating in the title insurance industry, to give you peace of mind.
When we're not closing escrows, Tracey
enjoys golfing and the outdoors with her husband Rhett and their two kids.
Kim's two kids are younger, so they and husband Carl keep her very
busy. She is recently married so you may also recognize her name as Kim
Abendroth.
Jenna is the mother of two beautiful children and loves spending time with her family. She's been with Cascade Title Company for 6 years and enjoys working with
and meeting each customer that comes through the door. Having
been born and raised in Clark County, she enjoys where she lives -- for the mountains
for snowboarding in the winter, and the rivers for the wakeboarding during the
summer.

The Psychology of Real Estate
What sways buyers?
 Earlier this year 27 students at Old Dominion University pressed
their foreheads into a padded frame and peered ahead, much like patients
at an eye doctor. They scrolled through pictures of 10 on-the-market
homes on a computer screen as an ocular tracking program recorded their
eye movements. In some of the homes, for some of the students, the
living rooms were painted pink.
The question: Would a pink room-a
problem you could fix for the price of a few cans of paint-make the
students less likely to purchase the homes? The answer, based on
