State of the Library Address

Mark your calendars now for the second annual "State of the Library" by Southborough Library Director Jane Cain and the Library Board of Trustees, to be held at the Library on Tuesday, March 15, at 7:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

For Children
Upcoming Story Times for ages 2-5, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 15, 22, and 29; Wednesday, March 9, 16, 23, and 30; and Mondays, March 7, 14, 21, and 28. No registration required.

Toddler Times
for infants to 2 year olds and their parents or caregivers will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursdays, March 17, 24, and 31.

Genealogy Workshop,

from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Work on your family research skills with Sandra Goodwin and Pat McGrath of the Massachusetts Society of Genealogists at an all-day workshop at the Library. Bring your laptop for hands-on practice and bring along a brown bag lunch, as there will be a Q & A during our lunch break you won't want to miss. to discuss The English Patient by Michael Ondaatje, and watch the 1996 Academy Award winning film. (note the earlier start time). Popcorn will be provided.

2nd & 3rd Grade Book Group meets Wednesday, March 16, 6:30 p.m. to discuss Who Cloned the President by Ron Roy. Refreshments provided with funding from the Friends of the Library.

4th-6th Grade Book Group meets Thursday, March 24,  at 6:30 p.m., to discuss Lunch Lady and the Cyborg Substitute, by Jarrett Krosoczka and The Puzzling World of Winston Breen by
Eric Berlin. Pizza provided with funding from the Friends of the Library.
