| Greetings! | |
2010 was an outstanding year at Sabtech. We're eager to share what many of you have accomplished in partnership with us this past year and to highlight some of our impressive new products and capabilities.
Sabtech has arrived as a total system solution provider. Our in-house electrical, mechanical, and software engineering experts have proven our capability to design, manufacture, and support everything from advanced circuit boards to mil-qualified, shipboard-ready systems like SPRS™ and PowerNet™.
As we roll into 2011, new design-ins and program deliveries continue the strong demand for our existing NTDS, ATDS, PMC Carrier and other board level products. We're keeping pace with the rapid advance of industry bus standards with the introduction of NTDS serial and parallel boards for PCI Express (PCIe). And we've expanded our Pelican family of PMC carriers with 6U, dual-PMC Compact PCI (cPCI) boards, adding to existing carriers for 3U cPCI, VME, PCIe, and PCI systems. New conduction-cooled versions of our NTDS and ATDS PMC boards are being delivered for extreme temperature applications.

| Shipboard Legacy Peripheral Replacement System™ |
Two U.S. Navy cruisers and a destroyer successfully deployed with our Shipboard Peripheral Replacement System™. SPRS™ units are replacing multiple tactical disk systems, mission recording devices, and data terminals at the heart of the Aegis Weapon System, providing these ships with greatly improved reliability and reduced maintenance. More installations are planned for 2011 and beyond.
The U.S. Coast Guard also began installing SPRS™ to modernize the Mk 92 Fire Control System (FCS) on its medium and high endurance cutters in 2010. Over half are already up and running with all 25 ships to be upgraded by mid-2011. Sabtech is proud to be a part of the Coast Guard's plan to extend the life of these important fleet assets out to 2032.

| NTDS to Ethernet Converter (PowerNet™ Family) |
Our programmable PowerNet™ NTDS to Ethernet converter is designed into several new Navy applications, taking advantage of the proven capabilities already recognized by the German Navy in the MASS Decoy Launching System. PowerNet™ was selected to meet a time critical operational requirement to develop and deploy MASS onboard vessels that lacked a countermeasures system.
PowerNet™ allows you to link NTDS devices to UNIX® or Windows® based systems over an Ethernet LAN, and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of sending real-time NTDS data to systems that are not directly connected to NTDS I/O channels.
The Sabtech PowerNet™ Tap permits central processing to listen to legacy NTDS links via standard Ethernet. The PowerNet™ Tap connects remotely to legacy NTDS parallel interfaces and provides the data stream over fiber or copper Ethernet to other processors. |
| PCIe NTDS / ATDS Solutions | |
Sabtech Industries recognizes the need to move with advances in technology to avoid product obsolescence. A PCIe product family is rolling out to complement our existing PCI board offering. PCIe solutions are currently available using our PCIe/PMC carrier. Native PCIe solutions are being released throughout this year so please contact us for current offerings. PCIe device drivers are 100% compatible with existing PCI device drivers. |
