IDEA Challenge Returns!

In auditing applications, it is sometimes desirable to identify social security numbers that are contained in text descriptions. By definition, these text fields can contain other numerical information such as invoice identifiers that are similar to the general social security number structure.
Using the challenge file below, identify the social security numbers embedded in the description field while successfully weeding out the invoice numbers. Social security numbers are formatted as follows: exactly 3 numbers, a hyphen, exactly 2 numbers, a hyphen and then exactly 4 numbers.
Then produce a summarization dataset that identifies and counts the number of duplicate social security numbers contained in the dataset. This will tell us which people are utilizing the same social security number, possibly for fraudulent purposes.
Record your steps as a macro and email your answer to kurtj@audimation.com.
Prizes:
The first three people who provide the correct solution using the fewest number of steps win the prizes. There will be first, second and third place winners based on the order in which the correct answers are submitted. The Excel import step will not be counted.
