5. Doors/Frame Seperate from Boxes

Q: Since there are no cam-locks, how do these cabinets hold together?
A: -They are traditionally glued to the dadoed grooves with pre-inserted wood-dowels for alignment.
Q: Why aren't the boxes stained to match the door and frame, like the old construction is?
A: Two Reasons: 1. Clean box make it universal for all our styles . 2. Higher-grade wood skin required for clear finish. Most of the Custom cabinets have the natural wood finish inside. Some use to stain the boxes because they use particle board and the paint is cheaper to cover. We use all 5/8" thick CARB certified Grade A/B plywood, there are no particle board/MDF whatsoever in any part of our cabinets.
Q: How do I cover the exposed sides?
A: We have Pre Cut-to-Size panels and skin to match the doors and frames.
Q: What do you mean doors/frames seperate from the boxes?
A: For instance, a 15" base will be in two seperate pakages, one contains the box and the other one contains doors and frame. The advantage is that it will be much easier and more economical for refacing; customer can only order doors and frames without paying extra for the boxes.
