So here we are, O'Neil Cabinets will provide you the cabinets in which:
- All of the doors of our O'Neil series are made from US-Origin Maple wood, which will have less warping and shrinkage problems than Russian & Chinese Birch.
- All the drawers are English dovetailed constructed for long lasting and equipped with heavy duty, anti-slam, soft-close glides.
- All boxes are made of plywood and are 5/8" thick instead of regular 1/2".
- All plywood is CARGB certified and paint is eco-friendly.
- No particle board whatsoever in any part of our cabinets.
Our custom grade O'Neil Series are shipped RTA which substantially reduces the price. High custom grade quality with competitive price, together they will be an irresistible offer to your customer who is on budget but still wants elegance and pride.
At the end of year 2011, we are welcoming two new members to join our O'neil family: O'Neil DayDream and Vintage, which will be available in a couple weeks. From now on, all of these newly designed cabinets will be constructed without Cam Locks, which will provide them with a better, all new custom-grade looking. All these new construction cabinets will be finished with Valspar catalyzed conversion varnish: it is the best and most advanced technology since it is more resistant to stains and shrinkage/crack and is far more durable in extreme environment such as humid, cold, drastic climate change, etc. |
