Walk for the Animals at Bark in the Park

It's time to start collecting pledges!!!
Last year you raised over $19,000 online for the animals at the Humane Society! This year we'd love to see the pledges hit the $25,000 mark and we know you can do it!
*And don't forget, prizes will be awarded to the Top Fundraiser, Top Team and the Junior Volunteer who raises the highest amount! (Junior Volunteers must join the Junior Volunteer group on our FirstGiving page).
Every Penny Raised will support our vital community programs:
- Comfort and Care for over 10,000 animals annually
- Safe and affordable spay/neuter services
- Low cost vaccines and microchips
- Emergency vet care and rehab care for injured, abused, or stray animals
- Humane Education programs that reach over 10,000 children annually
- And so much more!
PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT BARK IN THE PARK!
Here is a sampling of how funds raised will be used:
- $20 will feed a litter of kittens for a week
- $30 will buy two 50lb. bags of quality dog food or four 25lb. bags of cat food
- $50 will cover the cost of spaying or neutering a dog/cat before adoption
- $75 will cover our utility bills for 1.5 days
- $100 will cover the cost of vaccines, heartworm, or leukemia testing and microchipping, as well as spaying/neutering before adoption

Lou Lou
Thank you so much to everyone who donated to for Lou Lou! We reached our goal in under 18 hours!!!!
Lou Lou is doing great, she has had her surgery, and a new hairdo! Very very soon she will be on her way to a foster home, and once she is completly healed that foster home plans on adopting her.
Again, thank you all so much for donating! Everything that we do is only possible because of you, and we are proud to know that we can count on our supporters in our time of need.
