This week was an exercise in running as fast as I can.  I have four buyers that were in the see 10 properties stage of their search, I listed 4 new properties, and we are going to close two with two buyers next week.  I also had three rentals become available.  Hopefully next week we can pull back to 9 hour days.  it was exciting to see a 15' beam go into our house on Hope and open up two rooms into one.  We're also getting close on the plumbing and heating systems, so progress has been good.

First draft previews are back from my web developer and I will include links below.  They have missed some pretty major points but the whole process is larger than life and very exciting.  As always, I am interested in comments.

I now have two clients that have submitted credit applications and are being interviewed to lease Unit 100 in Monohassett Mills.  We can say with a high degree of certainty that this unit is off the market. 

Several other lease opportunities are now available.  The first is on the East Side in Corliss landing.  it is a nice one bedroom loft with an upper level that could be used as a 2nd bedroom by those willing to climb a ladder.  This loft is right off Wickenden and is being offered at $1350 per month.

We are working with the owner of 85 Industrial Circle in Lincoln, RI.  He is creating large scale live/work spaces in a previously commercial building.  The units can be built to spec with any number of bedrooms or left wide open.  the pricing is very aggressive and lofts around 2000 SqFt are going to lease for around $1200 per month. 

In about a month, I will begin to show Unit 401 in Bayley Lofts.  This is an absolutely gorgeous, 1130 SqFt Loft with a balcony and a long list of upgrades.  The only reason that the tenants are leaving is that they had a baby and are buying a house (on the East Side).  I'll post some pictures next week.  This loft should be available on either the 1st or 15th of November.

Lastly, I've added a link to the Providence Zen Center below.  One of my favorite things is to go to Wednesday night beginner meditation.  For a small donation, they feed you a vegetarian meal, and then you can meditate with the regulars for 3 hours.  It is an enlightening and spiritual experience.
