I have submitted the layouts for my two new web sites, WeLoveLofts.com and LoveTheEastSide.com to my website developer.  I have included the rough templates of the two sites below and am interested in your comments. 

It is our goal to create two web sites 1) that allow you to search in a specific area of interest sorted by either days on market, highest to lowest price or lowest to highest price, and 2) have absolutely up to date info on listings in the niche markets that our clients want to buy in.  I had a meeting with a high end real estate brokerage this past week.  I tried to explain the allure of checking out the newest listings every night, but the concept of Client Centric Real Estate was lost in translation...

The loft for rent in Monohassett Mills has dropped to $1325 per month.  It is a first floor unit with huge barn doors opening into the parking lot.  There is a single walled bedroom, but the unit could be further divided by using temporary partitions.  It has AC, a skylight and a wood burning stove.  There is a brick patio and an area for a small vegetable or flower garden, as well as parking for two cars.  There is the desire to rent to an artist, but not an absolute requirement.  This unit is still available on September 15th.  I am going to show the LOFT this afternoon, so I will take a few new pictures.  

I just listed a great little house in East Providence and am listing another in the Potowanutt section of Warwick tomorrow, for those that like that kind of thing.  I'll put info on the EP listing below.  Great deal on a sharp little house.
