I stumbled on a video series in which a group of working artists discuss "fear of failure".  Specifically, I was engaged by the thoughts of Milton Glaser.  I have included the link to his video below:

Silent Art Auction Benefiting New Urban Arts

I have a loft for rent in Monohassett Mills for $1400 per month.  It is a first floor unit with huge barn doors opening into the parking lot.  There is a single walled bedroom, but the unit could be further divided by using temporary partitions.  It has AC, a skylight and a wood burning stove.  There is a brick patio and an area for a small vegetable or flower garden, as well as parking for two cars.  There is the desire to rent to an artist, but not an absolute requirement.  This unit is available on September 15th.  I will include some pictures below.

I've started the process of designing the new WeLoveLofts.com and LoveTheEastSide.com websites.  Picking photos to use as buttons and landing sites is difficult, as it never seems like I've gotten just the right ones. The photos above are some samples from ShutterStock that are in the running, but I'm still spending hours trying to get it right. I am also struggling with the navigation through the site, as these sites will represent my organization for the next couple of years.  I guess that I'll have to listen to Milton Glaser again and "Embrace the failure"
