To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
I'm running off to the closing of Unit 100 in Monohassett Mills, so I apologize in advance for any typo's.
I was pleased to see that around a hundred prople clicked on the links that I included below. I hope that these liks create some opportunity the people that I work with. This week, I added g-labdesign's web site to the list. g-lab is owned by Geoff Baker, a talented architect that has helped on a couple of LOFT redesign projects, and is currently working on the home that we are purchasing on Hope Street.
My friends know that I'm not a big fan of lawyers, but I couldn't resist adding a link to Pilgrim Title's web site. That's Jim Belliveau in the middle on the opening page. Jim and PT have been a cornerstone of my success and their work has kept several hundred of my clients safe as they buy and sell homes.
Lastly, I've added a link to New Urban Arts, a nonprofit art gallery and studio for inner-city teenagers and emerging artists in Providence RI. NUA recruits local artists to mentor youth in after-school and summer arts-based mentoring. My family has created the Jeanne Risica Memorial Fund for art education to support their work. I have included an invitation above to an intimate fundraiser being held at a benefactor's apartment in Turmp Plaza in New York City fearturing an auction of donated artwork on September 8. I'll be going, so if any of you are in NYC on that date, or want to come for the ride, give me a call.
Regarding Hope St, we hear an ugly rumour that this closing might happen next week. Keep your fingers and toes crossed!!
With regards to the bank owned property in Eagle Square Lofts in Federal Hill, several buyers have stood up and taken notice. The listing agent has requested highest and best offers today from all potential buyers, so the opportunity to buy this one is ending. I did take some of my own pictures, so I will post them below.
We do not currently have any lofts or condos for rent, but it looks like we may be posting one for rent in Bayley Lofts in Pawtucket and maybe one in Corliss Landing on Point Street in Providence. Stay tuned to this channel for updates.
Please call me when you are ready to start looking for a Loft or other type of home. It is a gift to be able to help clients find homes that they love.
John
